Return and Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, unpainted, unmodified, and free from any damage or alterations. Products must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nucrownmouldings.com. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All shipping and transportation costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a damage claim, clear photographs must be provided, including:
- Full-length photographs of each damaged piece;
- Photographs showing all sides of the damaged product;
- Close-up photographs clearly showing the damage;
- Photographs of the packaging, shipping box, and any visible shipping damage.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in the claim being denied.
Upon review of the submitted information, Nu Crown Mouldings may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide replacement product(s) for the damaged item(s); or
- Issue a refund for the damaged product(s) only.
For approved damage claims resulting in replacement product(s), Nu Crown Mouldings will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s).
For approved damage claims resulting in a refund, the refund will be limited to the value of the damaged product(s) only. Original shipping charges, delivery fees, handling charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and all other related costs are non-refundable.
Nu Crown Mouldings reserves the right to require the return of damaged product(s), packaging, or both before issuing any replacement or refund. Customers must retain all damaged items and packaging until the claim has been fully resolved.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return the original item (subject to approval and applicable fees) and place a new order.
Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable. Shipping costs associated with a replacement order or exchange request are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less:
- The 20% restocking fee;
- Original shipping and handling charges;
- Return shipping costs;
- Any duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, tariffs, or other charges incurred in connection with the shipment or return of the product;
- Any additional costs associated with the return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where Nu Crown Mouldings elects to replace approved damaged product(s).
If free shipping was provided with your order, the actual shipping cost incurred by Nu Crown Mouldings will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made, custom-cut, or special-order products;
- Clearance, discounted, promotional, or final-sale items;
- Installed, painted, modified, cut, damaged, or altered products;
- Products returned without original packaging;
- Products returned without proof of purchase;
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Nu Crown Mouldings' liability is limited solely to the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Nu Crown Mouldings be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, project delays, loss of profits, shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, or any other expenses arising from the use of, inability to use, or defects in the product.
